A little bit of storytelling

Some of you that have followed through my Instagram days would know that I have been involved with two calligraphy groups since the start of my calligraphy journey:

Scribblers Collective - an artist collective of friends that share the love for letters together that I founded with John and Sarah.
Beginners’ Table - a Singapore-based informal calligraphy group that meets up once every 2 months where seasoned calligraphers volunteers and spend 2 hours of their time with the local community. Everyone in BT are volunteers with full-time jobs/roles!

I decided to kick off a series of journal posts on my website in line with the workshops and exhibition that Beginners’ Table is organising in November.

‘Love of Letters’ Exhibition Details

If you are based in Singapore, you will need to know of this upcoming November calligraphy exhibition in Singapore titled “ Love of Letters’. This exhibition aims to showcase works created by Singapore-based calligraphers alongside Eleanor Winters’ works too. I decided to work on a pointed pen calligraphy piece together with a fellow calligrapher for this exhibition. You can check out our exhibits here:
