WITHIN SINGAPORE AND MALAYSIA
All deliveries will be processed within 1-3 days from date of purchase
A tracking number will be provided when deliveries hit the mail stream
Exceptions apply for selected items. In such cases, shipping dates are included in the product listing page.
Deliveries generally take up to 7 days for Singapore and 7-14 working days from our ship out dates to Malaysia.
For urgent deliveries, please get in touch with us to arrange same-day courier services. For same-day courier services, a $25 fee applies.
Products are only posted out on Mondays - Fridays.
International Deliveries
Shipping Fee (SGD$15) applies to the following countries
Australia (7-14 working days)
Hong Kong (7-14 working days)

We will try our best to check with our delivery partners on updates for your deliveries
When our items are shipped out, we are unable to refund money when your items are lost, damaged in transit to you but we will try our very best to help you out in whatever way we can that is within our abilities to do so.
Once payment has been made, no refunds will be made. However, if an item from your order is missing/not packed in your delivery, get in touch with us at hello@nicnkotori.com. We will get in touch within 24 to 48 hours.
